The Recipe Project
In the Recipe Project we were split into groups of three in our diamond groups. We were to choose a Spanish dish, write the recipe in Spanish, and make the dish to bring to class for a class potluck. My group chose to study Arroz Con Leche which is Rice Pudding. We wrote the recipe in Spanish and Brigitte (a member of my group) made the dish to bring into class. This project was delicious! We got to sample everyone's dish in class! We had a little party the day before Thanksgiving break started. It was a great project.
